## Services

Tahimy & Co. Events offers three planning collections:

1. **The Curated Experience** — Full-service planning and production. Includes complete creative direction and styling, venue scouting, budget management, vendor team curation, full logistical and timeline direction, and celebration weekend management.

2. **The Essential Collection** — Partial planning for couples who have secured their venue. Includes creative direction, vendor curation, guest experience management, a detailed celebration timeline, and 10 hours of on-site event management.

3. **The Homestretch** — Final 12 weeks plus day-of coordination. Covers vendor logistics audit, production timeline creation, ceremony rehearsal direction, decor and setup oversight, and 10 hours of on-site coordination.

Investment varies based on scope, guest count, and logistics. Flat-rate package pricing with clearly defined scope.

- **When should we book?** Full planning: 12–18 months out. Partial: 6–12 months. Homestretch: book anytime — work begins at 12 weeks before the event.
- **How do you price?** Flat-rate packages with defined scope. Three collections plus optional add-ons (design enhancements, RSVP management, hotel room blocks, after-party coordination).
- **Do you plan events outside Miami?** Yes — throughout South Florida and select destinations worldwide.
- **Bilingual/multicultural weddings?** Yes — Spanish/English planning with cultural elements (hora loca, cigar roller, cafecito bar, tea ceremonies).
- **Outdoor events in Miami?** We plan for heat, humidity, pop-up showers, and sound rules with covered backups and weather-trigger timelines.
- **Hurricane season?** Written weather contingency plans, reschedule provisions, and real-time communication trees for events during June–November.
- **Beach/park permits?** We handle permit applications for Crandon Park, Haulover Beach, Bayfront Park, and other Miami-Dade locations.
