Tahimy & Co. Events is a wedding planning and production studio based in Miami. We plan weddings across Miami, Miami Beach and South Florida, and at select destinations worldwide, through three collections: The Curated Experience (full-service planning), The Essential Collection (partial planning) and The Homestretch (the final 12 weeks plus day-of coordination).
Every collection is a flat package price with a clear scope, and every wedding starts with a complimentary consultation.

How much does a wedding planner cost in Miami?
It depends on how much planning you hand over. Our collections are flat package prices with a clear scope: full-service planning (The Curated Experience) covers the most, partial planning (The Essential Collection) sits in the middle, and The Homestretch is our entry package. Guest count, the number of events in your wedding weekend and logistics shape the quote, and add-ons such as design enhancements, an RSVP website, hotel blocks, an after-party or a brunch are priced separately. We share a tailored proposal after a complimentary consultation.
What is the difference between full-service planning, partial planning and day-of coordination?
Full-service planning means we lead everything: venue and vendor sourcing, design, budget, logistics and the day itself. Partial planning is for couples who have booked some vendors; we fill the gaps, refine the design and manage logistics. The Homestretch is for couples who have planned their wedding and want professionals to take over 12 weeks out, finalize every detail and run the day.
How much on-site coverage does each collection include?
The Essential Collection includes 10 hours of on-site event management, and The Homestretch includes 10 hours of on-site execution on the wedding day. The Curated Experience covers the management of your full celebration weekend.
Will you help us find our wedding venue?
Yes, as part of The Curated Experience: venue scouting and selection is included in full-service planning. The Essential Collection and The Homestretch are designed for couples who have already secured their venue. Our Miami venue guides also cover costs and capacity for several venues.
Can you plan our whole wedding weekend?
Yes. The Curated Experience includes management of your full celebration weekend. Events such as an after-party or a brunch can also be added to any collection and are priced separately.
