For clients who want one planner guiding the celebration from beginning to end. Planning begins 9–12 months before your event (we recommend booking 12–18 months out). We help define your vision, find your venue, build and manage your vendor team, and oversee the budget, timeline and full celebration weekend, so every decision has a clear next step.

The Homestretch
For clients who have planned their celebration and booked their vendors. We step in 12 weeks before your event to confirm every vendor, finalize the timeline and lead the rehearsal, then manage 10 hours on-site, so you can hand over the final details and be present on the day.

What services do you offer?
We offer full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination. Each collection is tailored to your needs and includes vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-site event management.
When should we book your services?
Booking reserves your date, so the earlier you book, the better. For full-service planning, book 12–18 months before your wedding; planning starts 9–12 months out. For partial planning, book 6–12 months before; planning starts 4–6 months out. The Homestretch can be booked anytime, and work starts 12 weeks before the wedding.
Do you work outside Miami?
Yes. While we are based in Miami, we plan and manage celebrations throughout South Florida and at select destinations worldwide.
How much do your services cost?
Investment varies based on scope, guest count, and logistics. During a complimentary consultation, we'll provide a tailored proposal aligned with your vision and budget.
